Am I prejudice?????

So 9 years ago we bought a new build at the end of a quiet cul de sac, nice area and great neighbours. All the houses were lived in by the owners.
Now, for various reasons 7 of the 12 houses closest to us are let and the tenants are with one exception awful, swearing, smoking and throwing dog ends and litter into our garden, lots of kids constantly messing around in the street, even in school hours as two families cannot get out of bed in the morning to take them to school, they have damaged several cars and pulled down fences.
There are loads of stones and bottles on our garage roof thrown there by these kids.
The police are useless, I have complained three times in the last few years and only once have they responded by PCSOs driving down a day later, they did nothing, didn't even get out of their car, whilst the kids gave them the finger and swore at them.
Just had enough!

I don't understand the title of your thread.0

I live in a block of four flats. Two of us have mortgages the other two let.
There is no difference between any of my neighbours. Everyone cares equally about the common areas and the living environment we all share.
Something another resident down the road found out after continually letting her dog crape on OUR back garden.0 -
No, you're just not very articulate.0

Prejudiced against who? Poor landlords who don't bother to reference their tenants?0

What's the question?
Don't like it, move somewhere else ."It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

Might have difficulty selling........0 -
Oh, I dunno. Price it to appeal to a BTL buyer...
The other problem is that the OP has now complained officially 3 times and they have to declare that to the buyer"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

We can't move as we have a mortgage but would have trouble getting another.
