Not wanting to be rude, but the regulars here (far more so than me!) are attempting to help a large number of people, so can't really do too much in the way of hand-holding through the early stages of these appeals.

That's why the sticky thread for Newbies is provided, and that's why people are referred to it.

Me too, I refuse to link a sticky thread.

But the OP can sleep soundly knowing that G24 do not do court and have no clue.
