Hi everyone
Hopefully you are all well. I've managed to pot $400 in the last couple of weeks. I'm thinking that I might just add the money I was paying to the credit card in my pot. That way its nice and safe where I can't be tempted to spend it on things I don't need.Number 4950 -
Hello again Pptters!

Quick visit today - I have £6.85 to pot todayOff on my holidays on Thursday so will be absent for the next 10 days.
Well, I know you'll be at your end your destination by now, siju, but be sure to have a really wonderful time, with great weather if possible but if not then relax and enjoy it all! :j Excellent potting too!!
Great work Chutney!
Don't worry trying to work out where the cash came from, DancingUnicorn, the main thing is it's now potted along with new friends!! Very well done your BF, he's getting the gist of potting, a good egg for certain!
Good for you too 32b3, you've never not had the gist!!!
Excellent saving Frogletina!!!! :dance:A super sum in the pot and much of it for nowt!! A darn good job you didn't need to carry it ALL the way home, though you'd have possibly had to rethink things if it's a long way.
No doubt we'll be seeing you before you're off on holiday again, but just in case we don't, have a wonderful time and... Relax!

My nearest Waitrose is five miles away, so no chance of walking back from there with shopping!
This may be my last posting before my holiday, but you never know.
I've been in all day as my brother was going to visit me today but he called to cancel. Probably good as he wanted to us to go out locally and explore the area where I live, which is where we grew up - and it's been rainy all day.
We get on ok when we meet, but I can count his visits by the decade rather than the year, which is rather sad.
He's re-arranged for next week, so fingers crossed.

Your Waitrose is about the same distance away as ours then Frogletina, definitely NO chance of hubby & I hoofing it either!
Your Brother sounds the same as my DH's Brothers & Sisters, though they're always full of promises which they never carry out.Sadly there's only one of me "just as well at times!" says DH!!!!!!
I really hope you have a smashing holiday doing all the things you're wanting to do... and that the weather is kind to you too.

Morning pottersssssssssssssss
Ahh thank you for thinking of us 32B3We left on friday (landed yesterday morning) so we have missed the hurricane. We were getting a bit butterflies in the tummy area toward the end of our holiday and DH was glued to the weather channel whenever we were at the villa, but we were very fortunate indeed! If we hadn't seen the news, you would seriously have never realised that anything was coming when we left, the skies were blue and calm, everyone was going about their jobs etc. I spoke to a few of the waiting staff when we were having meals and they all said the same, 'just going about my day and preparing for if we have to evacuate'. It was all so . . . normal . . to them
Our flight home was supposed to have over 120 spare seats but we were ram packed in there, we had people who were supposed to fly into Manchester today that had swapped flights, the other Stansted flight (that was meant to leave 1 1/2 hrs before ours) had been delayed over 6 hrs so they were all trying to get on to our flight too, the airport was absolutely heaving at MCO.
BUT we had an absolutely amazing time! There really is no way to explain to anyone who hasn't been just how you feel when your in Disney. I did get all teary as we drove under the welcome signand then again when we first saw the castle, and AGAIN when we walked down main street in Magic Kingdom
if the kids hadn't been with me I think i'd have been a blubbering mess most of the holiday
We met Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Donald, Joy and Sadness (from inside out), Kylo Ren and BB8 from Starwars, Miss Lily was absolutely in awe! I think she threw Kylo Ren a bit when he said he was going to bring her over to the dark side and she cheered lol. We didn't get to see Darth Vader unfortunately (Miss Lilys very favourite character) but we did find his head made completely out of swarovski crystals (at a mere $29,500 ), I then had a lengthy conversation with said child about why we could not bring it home with us lol.
Anyway, just to give you an idea of how we felt, here are a couple of pictures of the Castle with the projections and the fireworks
In potting news, I had 3 x £2 coins, 2 x £1 coins and some shrapnel from the very limited spending we did at the airport and DH madly decided to go to the pub last night  and brought me home 3 x £2 coins as well :j :j so pot very well fed yesterdaySPC No 002 SPC(3) £285/£250 (4) £519.84/£500 (5) £768.32/£500 (6) £911.30/£600 (7) £913.23/£600 (8) £1184.82/£750 (9) £2864.04/£750 (10) £3846.25/£1000 (11) £1779.72/£1000 (12) £1596.55/£1000 (13) £1534.70/£1000 (14) £775.60/£1000 (15) £700.20/£1000 (16) £2081.34/£1000 (17) £1691.15/£1000 (18) £225/£10000
