  • Thanks for the advice ... so at this stage do nothing ....is it not worth writing a letter and sending it in the post or will UKPC just let the debt agency continue?

If you can't send the appeal online then send it by post anyway, first class from a Post Office counter and get a free proof of posting. If it ever went to court, you would be able to show that you tried to engage with the scammers. You would still have the opportunity to name the driver up to the point before court papers were issued. The clock will be reset at the point and the driver can then come here for advice on how to appeal this within the BPA timescales.

Use the BPA template in blue from the NEWBIES thread, and add that the UK Government has stated that appeals must be allowed for up to one year.
No doubt it will be rejected and then you will get a supply of free bog paper from debt collectors, but it would be better to put it in a drawer for the next six years in case you need to refer to it again.
If you move house in that time, tell the parking scammers in writing.

In parallel ... get one or more of the shops (visited by the driver and disabled passenger) involved and try for a cancellation that way.
