The one piece of advice I would add is that you say "there is no key" for the shed itself, but you keep the key to the garden. Fit a lock to the shed itself, so that you protect the contents and have absolute control over access to its contents (it's probably worth doing even if you don't rent the shed out).

The last time I did jury service, one of the cases was a guy selling fake perfume and cosmetics from a factory unit owned by someone else (who claimed he had no knowledge of what was stored on his premises).

Both guys were prosecuted by trading standards and both were found guilty, even though the second guy did not operate, or profit from, the fake perfume scam. The jury did not accept his claimed ignorance as any defense against illegal activities operating on his own premises.
