Fair point on the breaking down, but if my car had broken down i'd be recovering it within a week.
Also there were reports of some police chase in the area a few days before related to drugs. Very likely to be unrelated but who knows.0 -
Don't hold your breath waiting for it to be removed OP - we've had one parked on our street for four months now. No tax, insurance or MOT.
It's been reported to the council, police & DVLA by various people but nothing has happened.
There's a good possibility that it might get broken into within the next week and moved so it's causing an obstruction!0
