  • Still third.

Woop thank you so much!! :j
    SECOND!!

Awesome pic - fingers crossed for you to get to go back, it looks such an amazing place!

I'll join you on the task of eating from cupboards etc too - we have several cupboards and a larder full of stuff and nowhere to put it when the kitchen is done so it needs eaten. I've also got to remember to buy ONLY what we need for the following week's meals - which is a bit of a concept, I'm used to having a storecupboard in place that I can use if plans change - so now plans won't be able to change!

Snowdrops are looking pretty already! :T

This is my issue too. Concept cooking.:rotfl:

And yes he's a show off one of those 'good at everything' sickening isnt' it. Nice pic though. couldnt miss him in the dark eh?:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Still third (that was when I voted earlier this morning - looks like you've crept forward!)

Well done with the financial planning.

I am currently doing very badly in that I have yet to file my tax return, due by the end of the month. If I have to pay a fine for late submission that will not be very MSE at al : (

Fingers crossed you get it in on time, sometimes its worth *trying* to get something in and amend later if necessary.

Thinking of you over next couple days, this was my life entirely until EH kicked my tax bottom.

    Second Place

Have just voted, hope you manage to boost your votes

Aw thank you very much I hope you are well. :T
And only 157 votes behind the first placed pic..........

We'll see comp is open for ages but we'll be grateful if we even get a cheeky place.

    :A

We today are ahead of the game

Soup x 2 done portioned up for ALL of next weeks lunches. so ten pots of soup into freezer in a mo.

Stuff out to make meals for next week to defrost

Cooker cleaned and oven degunked (yuk)

    Dugs fed and been out.

    D'washer emptied and kitchen cleaned.

Gotta love a bit of jet lag eh?

    :T:rotfl::T:rotfl:

Work is mentally mental - you'd think that our festival was about to start - got my lunch at 4pm yesterday.

But, it was from the stores and I have two food stashed at the garden, one in the big hoose dept and one in the pottign shed dept.

Im at least focussed on something.

I'm expecting over 500 hellebores today there are oddles of the wee white monkeys to pot up and theres a wedding next week. deep breathes folks.

Wouldnt' really have it any other way - mutts coming in to meet the new dog walker/slash cleaner for a jaunt this afternoon.

    Progress chaps.

Must remember to put leads in car and also phone about that table.

Also. I'm going to a recording of GQ next week. Now, when its on the radio, I am normally shouting back at it. Best take some gaffa tape for me gob eh. Think they don't like the audience to do that, R4 watch out.

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Have a good one.

Thanks for the nudge, have submitted tax return and paid. Ridiculous to take so long (and risk a fine) when it's such a small amount! New month's resolution - will start next year's data collection next week!

Got lots of work to catch up with now.

Will be listening out for you on GQT!

Good work sorting the cleaner/dog walker :j
  • Yay to days off - a proper weekend eh? Like normal people? Who knew! :rotfl:

Is the cleaner and dog walker the same person? handy if so - and good that the mutts approve.

Oh and pleased to report that I managed not to get buried under any windows today. Just got to avoid getting shoved in behind kitchen cabinets when they arrive now...
