Almond Oil. Got this as a first foray into oil cleansing. I just used it to take my makeup off and I did not enjoy using it for eye makeup! So I think I'll keep using a dedicated eye product for that. It did take the rest of my makeup easily enough. Also my current cleanser (Lush Spring Cleanser) normally leaves my skin feeling a bit tight and when I second cleansed with it after the oil, it felt soft so the oil must do something! [/QUOTE]

i use a little drop of the almond oil to clean the stubborn waterproof mascara from the eyes using a cotton bud to control it better. i find this is more simple for me.

got rid of two max factor testers- they were over a year old and untouched.

I found the use up by christmas and I am really dissapointed as

    Finish by Christmas
    • No7 eyeliner pencil ......... can't find it
    • Pixi glow tonic ............... small drop left WNBA
    • Bioderma spf.................. think i lost the tube :(
    • Lancome moisturiser………. :(
    • Lidl skin oil .................. cheap as chips and so so lovely
    • Nuxe body cream.......... nope not a hope!
    • Guerlain serum............. possibilty
    • 12 pairs of contacts……….. not even used one pair
    • Ogi shampoo........... not a hope
    • Shower gel…………………finished.
    • Toothpaste.......... bought more as misplaced it
    • One naked pallet colour shadow. :(

So december- looks like I have a lot to get through!

    Two INs to report:

La Roche Posay Effaclar H Hydrating Cleansing Cream
    Bioderma Hydrabio Gel Cream Moisturiser

I purchased both of them during the FeelUnique Black Friday week. I've been wanting to try the moisturiser for a while now, and the hydrating cleanser seems like a good idea as my skin is getting a bit dry from being outside in the cold every day.

    Afternoon all
3 UUs and an in for me
Another litre of Avon bubble bath gone - I'm down to the last six bottles of this now so think it will last me at leat another year!
Uu a bath bomb on Friday night a lush experimenter it lookfab and swirled and foamed in the tub but once you mixed the water round and the colours mingled it turned the water a dirty brown colour. Not at all appealing.
Uu a big bottle of tresemme shampoo and have replaced it with an avon one.

The never ending blusher still seems to be going strong it's more pan than product now but I'm sure it will last into next year!

Had fantastic time on firsday night took three of our kids, ds2s gf and Dh to see frank turner at Coventry it was the best night ever. Sorry this is off topic but think frank is brill and he deserves more fans. Please someone say you've heard of or like him apart from my kids who introduced me to his music I get blank looks of everyone I mention him to.

  • A couple of INs to report:
    8. L'oreal Infallible 24h Powder in Warm Vanilla - replacement for the MAC powder I used up before November. No other powders in my stash.
    9. Garnier Pure Active Intensive - love this range but this is the only cleanser in the range without microbeads! Plus it has a pump bottle so will be perfect for washing my face in the shower whilst I'm away and only have a Lush one left which I don't think will travel well.
  • Just popping in to say I hit pan on an eyeshadow! Hurrah! :)

I know of Frank Turner Mrs Moneypenny - saw him at 2000 trees festival, so you're not alone :) Sorry to say he wasn't for me, I like my music a bit heavier...but I've met a few people who really like him.

  • I've seen Frank Turner a few times, my OH is a big fan. He is very good live, but I too like my music a bit heavier.

Probably the last couple of movements for this month, so many items on the PP are LHJs, but all lovely products and not unhappy about that.

    TA
56g Laura Geller tinted Spackle, old and looks a bit odd, so out it has to go. 2/6

    IN
130ml Arabic branded! Argan oil. Found in CS at 99p, decided it was worth a little donation to O^fam if it was no good – it is lovely and much finer consistency than the body oil I have. 7/83

Dolly - I love that hand cream too, but I have a shed load of others to UU before I can even think about buying more (lots were gifts - everyone knows that knitters hate rough hands!)
