It is possible to have more than one current account with the same bank.

None of the many banks with which I have current accounts restrict me to only 1 current account.

However, many of them do restrict the number of current accounts 'with benefits'.

I don't bank with Barclays though, so can't say what their policy is. Does their website not tell you:cool:

Please could you edit your post to show the interest rates payable on accounts 2, 3, 4, & 5.

You never know...others may find it useful, should the rates on their 5%, 3%, 2%, and 1.5% savings accounts be cut again after Jan/Feb 2017.

Barclays current account don't earn interest

Did try and apply for 2nd Barclays current account but got told

We Weren't able to completed your application online..

Dose that mean I will get Rejected for 2nd current account??

Hope not but I am sure I will be fine

I am sure it will be fine and will close my nationwide account down (Don't feel the need to have it)
