I want to know if the IPC will handle an appeal for them ?

however they will fudge it and say appeal dismissed , signed Mr Anonymous

but , how can this company (Gladstone) offer an appeal service to a non member ?

I don't know how they can offer an appeal service I can't find a telephone number to ask someone. I could put it to UKCPS that they're not a member see what they say?

Right so next time I can speak on the IAS appeal I simply put to UKCPS. "I have been advised to appeal through the IPC, am I able to apply to the IPC if not will you cancel the ticket" if they say yes then do cancel the appeal with the IAS and start the appeal with the IPC. If they say no then do I ask why can't I appeal through the IPC?

Regards to the parking eye comment, yes I do mean ANPR cameras. My friend was round giving me some advice and he kept calling them parking eye's.

email DVLA david.dunford@dvla.gsi.gov.uk state the date of the ticket , its number and how you are being pratted about and unable to appeal , state that you read , that every parking Ci had to have an independent appeal system , but you are getting the run around and cannot contact the IPC to get them to act , rub it in , get it cancelled by the DVLA

Ok I've just gotten an email from the IAS saying they will not be perusing the matter and the parking charge has been cancelled. I can't believe it's been dropped, it sounds too good to be true. Is that email enough to show that its been cancelled?

Ok just checked and on the main IAS website it says appeal allowed so looks like everything's above board.

I want to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart who has helped me out with this. It defiantly has been a massive learning curve for me and I won't be parking in the same car park within a 24 hour period.

    Thank you once more

  • yeah. I also think because they messed up putting the wrong site map of the wrong town and country if it did go to court it'd only prove they were incompetent of checking their information.

I will say this to anyone reading this thred. Keep calm and always get help People on here have been fantastic. I wouldn't have know about all these regulations and coming here was the best thing I've done
