alleged over parking

Hi I've been approached by the UKCPS saying that I parked over the stipulated time period. Suffering from anxiety I appealed and it was declined and I'm no going through the IAS to appeal again. I was wondering if anyone would have anything that could help my case. I'll give you the details.

On 16th September at around 9pm me and my sister entered the car park playing pokemon go. I was there 10-15 minutes (20 at the most) then left returning roughly 1am because of another pokemon. It seems that they've either noticed that I have come twice and are saying I was there the entire time, or their sensors didn't pick me leaving and returning. Obviously I can't view their records only what they provide it could easily be made to look I never left and returned. I live in town have a parking permit to park up in town, also we're talking middle of the night, no shops are open so there's no legitimate reason I'd need to be parked up all that time.

I've had a variety of people saying different things some saying I should just ignore it others saying don't ignore because of bailiffs. Some have even said they're not even regulated no more. All the stress is making me ill. I don't want to sound melodramatic but I'm getting severe depression over it. I can't even afford to pay £100 out right. So can anyone offer any advice about my situation because like I mentioned I wasn't there all that time?

I would demand the IPC appeal , as they are no longer in a ATA , without a valid appeal system they cannot operate

    hi, you said above ...
"and I'm no going through the IAS to appeal again. "

do you mean NOW or NOT

When you appealed to UKCPS, was it by email or snail mail and if by email did you give your address and admit to being the driver ?

Currently UKCPS are banned from getting info from the DVLA.

Rest assured no bailiffs will call.

So to help you further please answer above.

I hope Peter Haswell of UKPCS can sleep easy at night after causing so much grief and anxiety. What a nasty company this is.

Peter Haswell and others are busy setting up new companies , as we speak ,

although Peter Haswell does not seem to be an owner or major member of staff at UKPCS , https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/05090613/officers

    Mr deggan however lists :

    NETWORK EYE LTD
    FORECOURT EYE LTD
    PARKING PLUS LIMITED
in his portfolio , the last company is interesting , as its all set up to rock n roll at a moments notice

  • Hi, sorry about my recent typo. It should have said I'm "now" going through the IAS appeals.

Also to the other comment. As the car is registered in my Dad's name I was borrowing the car the ticket originally went to my dad's address who went ballistic with me saying get it sorted. So I had to say it was me driving and give my name and address. Not 100% sure how they got the details for the car if they're banned by the DVLA.
  • Also not sure of some of the names. What's IPC and ATA

Normally the parking company would get the name of the registered keeper from the DVLA as they don't know who the driver was. UKCPS ban started 13/10/16

With regret you gave them the information by naming yourself as the driver together with your address

What date did they send a letter to your dad
  • yeah this was in September so before they were banned

September ? Can you write out the timeline from parking notice to notice to keeper to this letter with dates you received them please.

If you can not be bothered to do this then you will not get any help from here.

    OK, shame.

But, and this is something I don't know, someone here will, as UKCPS are currently banned, will the IAS (Independent Appeals Service) look at your appeal ?

    https://www.theias.org/

The law requires that you have the facility of an independent appeals service.

But, the IAS are not independent as it is run by the IPC who are owned by Gladstones Solicitors

Please wait until someone here gives you the right advice
