alleged over parking

they are not listed as "banned" they are listed as "AOS Membership currently inactive with effect from 13/10/2016" , so therefore they are not currently a member of a recognised trade assoc
the law states that all parking Co,s must be a member of a recognised ATA and offer a resolution service
as the incident happened on 16/09 , and they were banned on the 13/10 they cannot have applied to the DVLA for details .
if the IPC refuse to offer an appeal service , then you should tell UKCPS you require the ombudsman appeal service , or start court , where you will point out several major (legal) flaws with their caseSave a Rachael

If you can not be bothered to do this then you will not get any help from here.
Ok so the original letter was sent to my dad dated the 20th September saying about the parking fine. I had 14 working days to respond I sent a letter saying I was driving and that I wished to appeal. I got a letter back dated 12th October saying my appeal had be declined.
On the 13th October I called UKCPS trying to find out details on why it was declined since it didn't go into any detail why it was declined they wouldn't comment saying I need to pay or appeal to the IAS (not poplar or bpa) so I started my appeal on the 13th October and I've had a back and forth debate of me asking them to prove I was there the full duration and they'll come back with their parking eye There's been 4 back and forth messages (on a 5 working day turn around)
Also does witnesses hold any ground I got someone who I was talking to in between the 2 times and my sister was in the car with me?0 -

Ok at the moment I'm going through the IAS it's a back and forth argument then I send it to the adjudicator I'm nervous of sending it to the adjudicator in case I haven't put all the evidence I need or something new springs to light, which is why I come here asking if there's anything anyone can think of that could help me
Who is the ombudsman is that the Independent parking appeals service or is that someone else? and I'm sorry but I don't know what ATA is0 -

Not with the IPC but yes with the IAS although someone did make comment along the lines that I maybe wasting my time with the IAS (don't want say what exactly was said on facebook as the IAS may get this sorted for me)
Not 100% sure how it all works but I appealed I stated the reasons why then UKCPS uploaded a couple of pictures showing me entering and leaving the car park and then it now going back and forth between me asking things like where's the cctv showing me I was parked for that length of time. Asking them to review their documents and a couple more things. When things then hit a point where I've nothing more to add I then send it to the adjudicator where a decision will be made. As I put on a previous post I want to make sure I've given all the detail I can backing my case0 -

an official appeal thru the correct appeal service needs to be started , not an argument with the trade assoc !Save a Rachael

Ok, sounds good, but I don't know who I appeal to other than the Independent appeals service. The CAB advised go to poplar but as UKCPS said I'd have to appeal to the IAS poplar won't touch it. Also because I've started through the IAS can I still appeal through someone else or do I need to finish what I've started first. (never done anything like this so I'm very in the dark as to the processes that need to go through)0 -

date depends on which angle you look at it. (mine or UKCPS) 16th September at 21.21 to roughly 21:35 and again on the 17th September (roughly going in at) 0:55am leaving 1:15am
And there was no immediate ticket, it was a parking eye that caught the car entering the first time and leaving on the second.0
