Doggy day care in the car?

Don't forget that even at this time of year a bit of sunlight will turn a car into a greenhouse.0

i would think about leaving a note.
If I saw a dog in a car in an office car park or on the street, I wouldn't think anything of it, would just assume the owner is visiting and will be back soon.
However if I saw a dog in a car in a hospital car park I would be concerned, I would think the owner might have gone in for a procedure or it was an emergency and they didn't have anyone to care for the dog so took it with them, meaning the dog could be in there for too long. I wouldn't report it straight away but I would probably make a point of going back to see if it was still there later, if it was asleep I would worry more.0 -
For me it would depend on what sort of area I was parked in. A quiet area in a residential neighbourhood - yes. But in a area where I would worry about my car being damaged or who would be walking around I would not leave my dog in a car there.
My car is my dogs' second home and they are quite content being left in it as long as they get frequent breaks to stretch their legs so I have no worries about them in the car but I do worry about those who may be a around.0 -
Drop him at mine Elsien
Him and Froo would make a formidable team I think.0 -
All I can think is would the *car* be safe being left alone with Gitdog?Sorry, not helpful lol0

Sitting in a car all day even with an hour's break doesn't sound like much fun, is there no-one at all you can leave your dog with?0

Do you have a garden? If so you could get dog walker to just let him in the garden and keep him company. Then there is no worry of their being issues on a walk.0

I don't have a garden or anyone to leave him with. Neighbours are wary of him because he's so strong and friends have other dogs and/or children. Or are working themselves. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
