If items don't arrive next day complain, they generally add a free prime month every time.0

Amazon do sometimes get their wires crossed. I returned an item once because it was not what I ordered, they did a carry bag and a kit - the bag filled with the items - I had received just the bag. They refused the refund as I had not returned the item ordered - well done, I returned it because they did not send the item ordered ! They did refund as "good will" but would not admit they were wrong. Next day the kit was removed from sale pending stock investigation.0

Would a faulty item not normally be unsellable?Mr_Singleton wrote: »Errrrrr..... if it's faulty then by definition it would be unsalable or are you saying that Amazon deliberately sends out faulty goods????
My point was that Amazon wouldn't be querying a faulty goods return if they believed it was a bonafide return. They are obviously suspicious. The OP refusing to comment on each individual return will therefore seem even more suspicious...0 -
I have already provided the breakdown it's in the notes section of every purchase. I was very good at leaving detailed responses in order to prevent any real comebacks.
50 % of these purchases were very late delivery. We not talking 1 days but 3 day. I am paying prime for fast service not service I can get as standard delivery.
I'll write to them but in truth I feel they already made their mind up whatever I write.
You have said the same thing on here a few times about making comments in the notes.
It would have been quicker and easier just to reply in the email with your reasons for returning, than spending time on here replying0
