At long last. Connected on 16th January.😀 This was after another 2 visits by Openreach to connect. On both occasions I was told connection would be made within a couple of hours. Didn't happen.
The engineer on 16th January told me that the problem was that my line just hadn't been connected in the nearby box. 😬
However.....Sky sent me an email on 11th January telling me I had exceeded my 25gb limit. Usuage was stated as 32gb. This was BEFORE I was connected.Unbelievable.
Sky are unable to explain this anomaly.
Have negotiated a credit for all the inconvenience.
It has been an interesting 6 months.0
