    I do this too... They're SO good :D

    Oh and you can dust them with spices too for a little something extra to the flavour...

    It is important that we know where we come from, because if you do not know where you come from, then you do not know where you are, and if you don't know where you are, then you don't know where you are going. If you don't know where you're going, you're probably going wrong.

  • Good Morning :hello:

    Ha ha ha ha - that there was a need for Adult fr3dd0 confessionals - who knew??? :T:T:T:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Thank you all - you gave me a good chortle - appreciated :D

    Tea last night was sweetcorn chilli potato & lime soup - a recipe from Fern Verrow biodynamic farm. Accompanied by Angel Biscuits. Mine didn't rise much this time, but I mixed & cooked - didn't bother with the rising time. They did, however, split wonderfully. They are also wonderfully 'soft' scones - def. my goto recipe now :D Picture here;

    Tea this evening will involve tofu, as I got a block from mrL t'other week for £1.49 - cheapest I've seen in a while (it was on offer, not reg price). Everything else will be 'use up' or substitute :D

    DH has a shopping list for mrL, so today will not be a nsd. I'm not too sure if I need to purchase anything myself though today. If I forgo a banana, we won't need to buy any today - and it is no hardship for me to do that. Although come to think of it, I used the last egg, so will think on if they can wait until tomorrow (highly likely).

    Ta for popping in and making me laugh - appreciated more than you know at the moment.
