Scottish Power - in credit on payg meter

Options
I just went online to look at my electric and gas accounts with Scottish Power and it shows that I am in credit on both accounts for over £100. I am on prepayment meters for both and I cant find anything on their website about refunds for credit balances for pay as you go customers anywhere. Has anybody else on here been in this situation and been successful in obtaining a refund from them?

You might want to look (and maybe repost) on the main Energy Forum above this one where pre-payment is discussed extensively, this forum is specifically for off grid LPG, Heating Oil, solid fuel etc.

Ignore what you online account says. The meter tells you everything. The reason your online account could be in credit is because they have processed payments but not readings.
