Do we have any legal right to our grandad house?

I'm going too find this out when I get home.0

If you have in the past spoken about your 'legal rights' over their jointly owned property when your grandad hasn't yet popped his clogs, I'd perceive you as an enemy, too!0
-
How do you know that the house is under her name only? Did he tell you?
Maybe she is evil and has been mentally torturing him for years leading to such weakness that he would sign the house over. If that is the case though, why wait until you find out about your inheritance to do something about it?
Or maybe he fully agrees with her that you are not nice children and don't deserve the house and maybe he's the one who suggested the transfer.0 -
I have to say given what you have posted OP if it were me i'd just butt out and leave them to it. It really isn't your business.
You clearly don't "want" financially and stand to gain little apart from winding all concerned up.0
