Credit Card to improve rating

I have been considering getting a 0% interest credit card to help with my credit rating. I am wanting to buy a house in the near future and have heard it can be a great help if you pay it back straight away. Is this true? Which card is the best for this? Are large purchases (such as a new laptop) better or small everyday purchases?
Thanks in advance.

Focus on saving for a deposit. The larger the deposit is the easier it will be to obtain a mortgage and buy the property you want. Have you opened a Help to Buy ISA?0

Almost all cards offer 0% interest if paid off in full on the due date.I am wanting to buy a house in the near future and have heard it can be a great help if you pay it back straight away. Is this true?
What you would be doing if you got a CC is demonstrating you can use credit responsibly.Which card is the best for this? Are large purchases (such as a new laptop) better or small everyday purchases? Thanks in advance.
Use the card for anything you want to purchase.
Wait for the statement.
Pay off IN FULL by the due date. (DD is the best way to avoid missing a payment)
