TD Direct sold to Interactive Investor

I'm still deciding whether to stay with II. (Joint dealing account and we each have an ISA), having been transferred from TD Direct. I've had to pay the fees (aka unused trading credit) but recall a promise that I could move out free of charge until Oct 18.
I wanted to ask them whether subscribing to my ISA for this year in any way compromised that promise, but notice that the helpdesk closes at 5:30, despite the message on the website 'Contact Us 0345 607 6001 Mon-Fri 07:45-21:00 Saturday 09:00-15:00'
Also lots of minor website issues such as using invisible ink on this page:

Did anyone find a new, reasonably priced home that they could recommend?0 -
+1 iweb. I went from TD to IG, then they introduced platform fees so I went to iweb which, at that time, were the best I could find for a low cost ISA for shares and infrequent trades thereof.0
