I got the same message from the seller.

They also confirmed the name and address I have for them, also gave me their phone number.

I've left my paypal claim on-going until I see the item or the tracking code.

Just got the email :-

"
I have just checked your order and it has been processed and is being dispatched from my suppliers. I always quote a 7-14 working day timescale for delivery and your order was placed on the 17th so you will receive yours before 7th October. From the pictures of auction 230174161211 you can see that the label has a red warning with a shower head in the middle. All items with this are fake. Also the booklet comes in a plastic wallet, another sign of a fake.

Noticed this label is on the ones we bought.:o

On my (very genuine) Mk4 GHD's, on the label (where the fakes have the shower symbol), mine says: Warning: Removal of this label may invalidate the product guarantee.'
