  • yes I have emailed them a list of registrations in the shape of a donkey and said pin a tail on it lol...the registrations aren't on there because my mother doesn't want our car reg's posted online. I have my CPN number, just waiting for the other one. I am going to put them at the top of the email like below. Or do i need the CPNs in subject line, they are long numbers.

    Vehicle Reg: xxxx
    Date: xxxx

Was the store busy? Did you have to queue for a long time at the checkouts? If so might be worth a mention i.e. took longer to get around the store and pay/pack etc. Obviously, don't lie but if that happened on the day, say so.

    Cross posted with Marktheshark.
  • all i can do is contact customer services and raise a complaint via email. I could send them the email FAO Christian Hartnagel but i doubt it will get to him.
  • store was fairly busy inside but its the fact my mum can't walk fast and likes to 'have a look' at what shes buying. She has to take regular breaks to get her breath back due to emphysema and CPD.

Did you try the shorter 'chrishartnagel' as per the previous CEO who used the shorter name 'Ronny'?

If not - if none of these emails work - then just reply to the last email you had from CS.
