Ebuyer don't believe you - you could of course be lying and they believe they shipped a laptop and either you or the courier are dishonest.

However you are entitled to what you ordered so this could come down to who a judge would believe - someone with a long buying history or Ebuyer - you must be prepared to go to court if paypal don't refund. As well as the pics print out your previous dealings with Ebuyer before they suspend your account.

Chances are that there is a rogue courier - and I hope you report this to the police too as it's theft.

Please update the thread when paypal make a decision....
