To be fair to the op I worked in a Tesco's store for a couple of weeks while waiting for another job to start and this happened. Turned out a member of staff was swapping stones/rocks for tv's so there was no obvious weight issues

There's no immediate way of getting your money back, even a PayPal case takes time.
Give them some time. Sounds like somewhere fraud has taken place, it's not unreasonable for them to want to investigate first!

Cheers for the info, seeing as i can only wait for paypal to decide on the outcome I have removed this info as I do no want the other party to have any reason to be any more difficult than what they are being already.

If you have any quoted text in your posts, could you please remove it,
I will update this thread when Paypal come back with a decision

I guess I will just wait for Paypal to resolve this issue.

Just make sure you upload all your evidence, there is ample facility to add files/photos etc. You still need to prove your case with Paypal for them to side with you.

I hope paypal resolve the issue for you, I am disgusted at Ebuyers response, I will certainly not be using them based on your experience.
