Cheers for the help, seeing as i can only wait for paypal to decide on the outcome I have removed this info as I do no want the other party to have any reason to be any more difficult than what they are being already.
If you have any quoted text in your posts, could you please remove it,

As you paid by Paypal, you have 180 days from delivery date to file a dispute for SNAD = significantly not as described. Unless you ordered a rock, your parcel is SNAD.
Open the dispute, add the information and Ebuyer will be given opportunity to give their side.
Depending on what they offer/say you should escalate when able and Paypal will ask you to return the item via a tracked means to Ebuyer.
You will need to send it properly tracked, don't skimp on postage and use Signed For. Use a carrier that will have online tracking showing delivery. Keep your postage receipt.0 -
Can't see anything in the OPs post about Paypal (its Ebuyer, not ebay). So I would contact your card providor about a chargeback. Did you use a credit card? Or, send a letter before action and give them 7 days to respond or you will start small claims court. Someone has stitched you up!0

A parcel arrived on Friday (30/9/16) delivered by Yodel. Can't see anything in the OPs post about Paypal (its Ebuyer, not ebay).
Yes, I know it's Ebuyer, I didn't think it was Ebay, not sure why you'd think I was mistaken. And has been pointed out above, Paypal is indeed in the OP.0 -
