house for sale and no viewings, any advice?

I'd be grateful for any thoughts and advice, our house has been on the market for nearly 3 weeks and although it is having lots of looks online there have been no viewings. I'm considering reducing the price as I feel the price may be optimistic but would that put people off viewing, would they not view and make a lower offer?

I'd appreciate any thoughts.

If you want honest advice and opinions then post a link. If you want people to offer tea and sympathy while saying how wonderful your house is, then don't!

First thing I noticed is there's at least one odd shaped room going on in the photos, but no floor plan!! Everyone wants a floorplan, especially when things aren't obviously laid out in the pics.

the guy came round over a week ago to do the epc and floor plans but it still hasnt been put onto rightmove, not sure how long it should take but i will be speaking to the ea tomorrow about it. Thanks for the feedback

Thanks AdrianC as I thought it would be the price, the last house sold on this street went for 192,500 but didn't have the garages and no other house on the street with garages. Would it look bad if the price was to be reduced after 3 weeks on the market? I have seen a house that I want which is why i am eager to get viewings
