Another day down - momentum still high...

    Blissful Boudoir

    Level One
    [STRIKE]Open the window
    Strip the bed
    take all washing/floordrobe from room
    Remove, and bin, any rubbish[/STRIKE]

    Level 2
    [STRIKE]Remake your freshly-aired bed
    Vacuum[/STRIKE]
(and vacuumed mattress too :) )
(That will do if you're busy - it will look good now)

    Level 3
[STRIKE]Dust and deweb - get your duster-onna-stick into the ceiling corners[/STRIKE]
    Clean the windows

    Extras
Buy those hallowe'en sweets now before the shops run out. Do not eat all the love hearts and swizzels and parma violets. (or is that just me?)
Check your light bulbs - I don't know about you but I find, when they are on more, they all commit hari-kiri. Do you have spares?
While you're at it check you have a torch in a place where you can find it in the dark/by the light of your phone.
HHI - if you haven't any I will send mine

That's two rooms looking habitable now. Just need to keep on top of things.

Lol I'm back up to where I need to be again on the painting. Bedroom just needs window cleaning and dyson dragging round then it's done. Boys have gone out ds1 cinema to see the new anime cartoon, ds2 over his gfs. Going to throw a veggie lasagne together quickly then Dh can have some left over for his dinner tomorrow.
Need to finish the painting on Thursday as I've told carpet fitter I'll be done for the weekend if he gets a cancellation.

Just me and Dh in tonight so might have a glass of wine and a DVD, busy all day tomorrow so I'll catch up with the lists on Thursday.

Thanks for the well wishes guys. Survived a full shift in work today, felt rotten and fell into bed as soon as I got home but I did it.
BF is cooking me a nice tea, chicken & chorizo one pot. Demolishing that and a bowl of rhubarb crumble & custard afterwards are my only tasks for the rest of the day.

Does anyone else feel that the laundry is completely out of control? I did 7 WM loads today  - 2x bed linen, 2x towels and 3x clothes (managed to spill chilli oil on myself so had to strip off after dinner thus the unexpected 7th load!).

This amount of laundry would be understandable if it was the whole week's washing but I did 3 loads of clothes yesterday too and will almost certainly do some tomorrow! Thankfully I rarely iron anything or i'd never leave the house!:rotfl:

    Morning everyone

Off to tackle bathroom in a minute. I do the shower while I am in it, gently scrubbing the glass with a plastic pan scrubber and some bleach spray. Works a treat.

Meekie how many of you are there? I insist on stuff not being washed just because it has been worn once - unless its undies/socks etc or obviously if its really hot weather. We all have our own towels and they get washed twice a week. All bedding gets done once a week but if the weather is really bad in winter I might stretch this to a fortnight.

Right, better shift myself. Both paid stuff today but I did some extra paid stuff last night so I could sneak out on the bike for an hour this afternoon. Hope the sun shines like yesterday!

    Morning all
Hope everyone is as well as they can be
Hugs good wishes and posi/cope vibes to help with what ever life is throwing at you. Sticks and spoons where needed.

Meekie, I'm thinking along same lines as YL, maybe you are overdoing the frequency of the washing and making more work for yourself.

    Will catch up this afternoon.
    Have a good day all.

    Morning all,

Speaking of laundry, I washed DS bedding at 6am <rollseyes>

We appear to be all ready for school, except teeth cleaning, early start this morning has made for an easy, slower paced breakfast. Even my college bag is all ready.

Having said that, DD hair looks messy already - off I go with the brush!

Will catch up this eve as busy day ahead!
