Help well i would suggest the BT community forum but you have already posted on that .

    Newest Hub ?? Home Hub 6 ??.

Outside of the extenders is your BT Fibre working as it should .

I would try plugging the extenders in to adjacent sockets to minimise the effect of the house wiring, also try a factory reset on them

so its an issue with the extenders and not the hub.
Do these extenders need pairing with each other?

I have similar and they have to be paired before a connection is established between them.

Also they do not like being plugged into extension cables, especially the multiway ones with filtering or the ones on a drum.

Only plug them directly into the 13amp wall socket.

I have only used the TP link ones, but I imagine that they are all similar at it is a common standard these days.

Thank you everyone for your suggestions

yes....they paired.......yes I tried them with (non surge protected extension) and with out any extension. Put the two......side by side in a double socket.....paired perfectly.

Fibre is working perfectly........ thats the problem.......as soon as I put the Master (flex) into the mains socket........ it goes steady green for..... 8 seconds.....then data light cuts out.

Got an electrician out yesterday to check the wiring.........and all was fine.

Never had a problem like this before.........customer service is awful.... when you eventually do get through .......they transfer you to another department,. Its a vicious circle of hanging on the line........and on chat.

Thank you again everyone for your suggestions.

Sums up BT. Their fibre service can work just fine (generally speaking, I know its not perfect for everyone), but if you need to contact CS for anything, that's when they are a nightmare.
