            I made some yoghurt in my easyio yoghurt maker (with my own ingredients, not with the easyio sachets) and i left it in the yoghurt maker for 13 hours by mistake ....will it be ok or should i throw it away?

            I often leave mine for up to 24 hours - using both easiyo mix and hm yoghuty starter. It's always absolutely fine - maybe a bit 'tarter' - but fine.
