Wekcome home, KantankrusMare:beer:. I'm glad you had such a great time but just hope the English weather isn't a shock to your system now you're back:eek:. Having said that, this week looks to be picking up, I can actually see a bit of blue sky:j. One of the best suntans I ever managed was on a week's break to Southern Spain at the end of October, it can be one of the best times of the year for sun without the searing heat;)0

Yes you're right about the heat. Have come back with a decent colour despite a few cloudy days. Much more comfortable than the heat we had in Greece earlier in the year. Listen at me.......I sound like a right globe trotter............lol but up until last year, I hadnt been abroad in 12 years or so due to finances and younger kids etc. Now the kids are grown (one is even in the process of buying their first property and flying the the nest) so we intend to make the most of what funds will allow.

Evening folks
See I'm singing on my own again tonight :rotfl:

Aaaw, sorry about that. I intended to pop in but have been having laptop issues:mad: so have restricted my use of it. Can't risk it dying completely:eek:. It was secondhand when I bought it and it's certainly had plenty of use since:rotfl:. Didn't cost much either but was as much as I could afford at the time and my desktop one had finally given up after years of service:(. I don't think the laptop will repay the cost of any repairs so I'm going to see if I can limp along with it until Black Friday and hope to find a bargain buy;)
Congratulations on hitting your target:T and there's still almost a week to go to make even more:j0 -
Hi everyone
Couple more small amounts to add for me. ££4.69 MOC for fuel and £10 MOC for sainsburys and £4.50 Shopmium too. So that's £71.78 this month so far.
Also had a surprise in the post today of a prize from a bingo site which I don't remember winning!
Do you all know about topcashback's trick or treat game that's on at the moment? I have won 35p :rotfl:

Good luck

Evening all, I've not kept a record of how much I've made this month but i know it's no where near the £10 a day mark!
I have however been collecting glass jars and making them into savings jars, each jar has a label on it with an item i'd like, for example, I'd really like a pair of new fancy Ray Ban sunglasses, so i've started a jar and every now and then I add the loose change in my pocket into the jar, and if i make a small sale on FB or ebay, it goes into the jar, so far it's up to roughly £40, so almost half way there, not bad considering most of it is loose change and i'm still saving into my savings account and the other jarsDocumenting my journey from full time support worker to full time eBay reseller0 -

Have had probs with mine last couple of days and today it ground to a halt. Eventually forced it to close and did a reset to three weeks ago. Also cleared out some things I don't use and did a scan. Then shut-down again, booted it back up and so far - touch wood - it seems to be behaving better. My heart is always in my mouth when it happens. I definitely don't need the expense of replacing mine either.
Welcome back KM and great to hear you enjoyed your break away. At least you've missed the awful weather we've been having and meant to be warmer and brighter for a few days now
Well done all those making monies  Keep on going on as still another week left as CBC pointed out.
Hope you all have a wondrous Wednesday

I sometimes wonder if we are living in a parallel world :rotfl:

I know what you mean, I feel the same about the parallel world:rotfl:
Didn't get on here last night as hoped as I was having horrendous problems with the laptop:mad:. Have done a System Restore so many times I guess it just isn't restorable. Nightmare to boot up and then if/when I'm able to use it I can't shut it down again:eek:. I haven't been up all night trying (just feels like I have:() but had a try as soon as I got up this morning and although it took some doing I managed to be able to access various sites. Phew. Not complacent though, I know a new (or 'new to me' ) laptop is definitely needed. I suspect my hope of waiting for a mega bargain on Black Friday is a vain one:mad:
Have been accepted for that MS project I PMed you about:j:j:j. Have only just read the email which arrived at teatime yesterday (and which I couldn't access before because of log in probs:eek:). She emailed various documents to be filled in and returned so I know I can't afford to be 'out of action' over the next few days. Just my luck for things to go pear-shaped now eh?
Moan, moan, moan. Sorry:o:o:o0 -
Yay. A great start to the morning for me. Finally got my quidc0 payment sorted from when we moved and had new furniture. It didn't track . At the time and I had to chase it.
Anyway, today I have cashed out £126.12. 🎄PAYDBXMAS21 #11 £11,300/£11300

not commented in a while however, some progress:
£43 in from selling looooads of stuff on ebay, some for myself some for my parents who gave me a small cut.
£50 in from my second job, I consider student finance my main income and every so often I do ambassador work for the uni, which I consider my 2nd job.
so £93 to add presuming that's all in order.
Seen a very cheap low mileage but tatty Polo for sale about 300 meters from my house and I'm tempted to put Octobers money into buying it because I'm fairly sure I could make enough to sort Novembers profit!0
