Morning all,

Well, today's the day of the WotY:j - twins are off to their Dad's for the weekend this morning, then I'll be getting myself all spruced up to try and look like a 'posh respectable person', just hope my feet will last the day in the shoes i am wearing - they're lovely and I've had them for a couple of years but only worn them them twice so fingers crossed!

The present list was from John Lewis but as everything that has been asked for was mega expensive I'm afraid I have veered away from that and bought a lovely photo frame for their wedding photo.

Mum worried that she won't look the part in what she's wearing but she always looks good, she said she will just sit in the corner and act like an 80yr old - jeez, what has she got planned:eek: .

Its going to be a long day - the marriage is at 1.30pm, then 2 hours of canapes and drinks, wedding breakfast at 4 -4.30, then after that there will be 'entertainment' until the disco at 9pm and I do so want to have a good dance:D .

Guess who'll fall asleep in the car on the way home??;)

Hi everybody. Can't wait to see MOT with her smile back. I'm sure a little alcohol, some good food and a few shaking of the tail feathers will do the trick. So kick off those old shoes MOT, forget your troubles and 'Let's go for it.' I happen to like dancing too so while mum is sitting in the corner pretending to be enjoying herself we will be having a high old time. I did wonder what Mum's reaction would be if I asked her for a dance! I could wait for something lively, as long as its not Meatloaf - (MOT's ex's favourite). Any suggestions?

MOT as for the wedding being a long day.........................mmm :j My DD got married last year at 10.30am we all finally rolled into bed at 4.30am the following morn but boy did we have a ball and have the photos to prove it.:beer: :j Have a brill time and come back and tell us all about it.:beer:
