On another note, if you are speaking on an earpiece (Bluetooth) and have a crash, does anyone know how you could prove to the police that you were not holding the phone?0

They'd have to prove you were holding it.0 -
Back to not notifying the insurer about this incident. Text the guy who was hit today and he said everything was and went well so no hint of him wanting to go for injury claims (5 weeks on). I guess call insurer and ask about how long you've got to report incident.
Don't people settle away from insurers all the time?0 -
