    Good morning.

The borough is divided into controlled parking zones. The letter code indicates the zone in which a street is located. The day and hours during which controlled parking is in force are noted on the signs. For example the sign photographed by you is indicating that on Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm controlled parking is in force. This means that during those stated hours in order to park legally you must display a valid ticket or permit or have activated Ringo pay by phone.

    Kind regards,

    K. Stevenson

    hope this helps

I was trying to understand if this sign is needed or just the ones in the OP.

this sign should be at the start of the streets, especially as the road in question lead off from the main road, i did not see these signs so was very confused, my borough uses these....
  • Worth going to see if there is one at the start of the zone
, both sides on a normal road. You should be able to get a map of the zones from the council website.own the road you used.
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.
