At any time, but you need to pay between 9 & 5 Monday to Friday.

Between those times, you either need to have that parking permit, or pay at the machine.

Outside those times, there's no restriction.

But note that the first sign has no timings, so assume that the pay & display operates 24 hours a day in that stretch unless the machine has other timings on it.

Also, the first 2 signs have maximum stay of 8 hours and a J,(permit), in a square, the 3rd has no restriction and a V, (permit), in a square.

Since the OP doesn't have any Hammersmith and Fulham resident's permit, it doesn't matter which particular sub-area of permit he would need to park in that area.

Yes I know that, just put it in so no-one else mentioned it;).

But what about my main point?
"the first 2 signs have maximum stay of 8 hours and the 3rd has no restriction"
