I got the £15 banner and my items have dispatched today. Have cancelled DVD rental successfully. Can I get the initial £3.99 back by emailing them or does that only work if you haven't placed an order at all? I am still within the 7 days.... grateful if anyone could help me understand this!0

Thanks. I've just ordered a textbook for uni, i used my NUS card to get £1.32 off and then a £10 off signing up to the DVD rental. sweet
thanks again0 -
Instead of the rental promo, (which I would have liked actually), Amazon wanted me to sign up for their amazon.co.uk Mastercard to save the £15, not so keen on that.0

Has anyone been offered the £10, not completed the order, and later been offered the £15? Trying to order some last minute uni textbooks and the extra £5 would come in handy when they cost 40 odd quid each :rolleyes:Mother, wife, scientist, analyst.

16th Sept: Ordered some stuff worth £21.35 and got £15 off. Signed up DVD rental for £3.99
18th Sept: Email from Amazon saying the order has been despatched
19th Sept: Cancelled the DVD Rental Service and emailed Amazon to refund £3.99 (as their policy says that if I cancel the Service within 7 days of signup and I email/phone Amazon, they'll refund £3.99 back to my card provided no DVDs are posted)
20th Sept: Received confirmation from Amazon that the money will be refunded to my card shortly.
