Looks like stevie19uk will be eating his words now, company in administration with massive debts and horrendous job losses just before Christmas. Let's hope that he wasn't one of the poor staff sacked with 10 minutes grace to clear their desks.

Hi just joined the forum and noticed all these treads about Drive Assist. Firstly no one should be having trouble with them now because they have gone bust. But if anyone has any outstanding problems I my be able to throw some light on to what they were like. Although I was not employed directly by them I worked for the company that delivered and collected the vehicles for them.
Our job description was to look for any marks anywhere on the car that would make them money. Any car that had a mark on it at delivery we should not point out,but note it down on collection so that they could charge the customer.
I used to tell the customers the only way not to get charged for anything was to check it over and then put it in a garage until we pick it up again.
They used to tell us that if there were a small mark (that would come off with T Cut) the customer would get charged £80.For a mark on the windscreen it would be £300. even though the screen would not have to be replaced.
