steviesole - i'm in the exact same position as you, same car park, got 2 outstanding notices at the same stage from TRACE. I know 2 other people with the same problems. The computerised system they installed is a pile of balls.

I'm ignoring, will update this thread if I have any developments.

I appealed to via NCP and it was rejected, I expect they are all rejected.
