I've cancelled and re-booked at www.ramada.com - the original booking was at www.ramada.co.uk.

Just realised, Ramada are part of the same group as Days Inn. The same guarantee applies with them, I got my stay at Luton for free before flying off to RAK. Surprisingly nice hotel ... x

Another thing to add. With Expedia, make sure you screengrab the PAYMENT page and not just the page which shows the hotels avaliable. am having to argue my case with a Darcy Withers now who says my claim isn't valid because they couldn't check it, when the hotel was booked on Saturday, cos they don't work till Monday!

Did notice the T&Cs say -

If there is a rate available on our website or through our central reservation number that is the same or lower than the rate on the other website, the Ramada rate will be offered instead

So they could offer you a rate £1 cheaper than what you claim for......

How do you do a screen grab? Do you just print the page.. do you have to send it to them via post?
