Ugggate ??? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:The sign of a "quality troll" is their attention to detail and ability to keep their "facts" straight.
You've failed the most basic test as:
1) you started this thread exactly one week ago, on Monday
2) you bought her boots last Tuesday
3) your daughter was going to begin wearing them the following day (Wednesday)
Therefore she cannot have been wearing them for over a week :T
Woah well spotted you!
I would never have noticed that.

Because it's a laugh.
Personally whether they are £6.99 fakes or £200 genuine ones, UGG boots are ugly as sin!
I hate the sight of them, and think they look hideous.
JMHO.You didn't, did you? :rotfl::rotfl:0 -

No I didn't.
The op wants them to last one school year.
She says she's happy to buy a pair a month.
This website is about getting what you want at the best price - for the op her fuggs do nicely.
12 (or 11 if it's school months) is still less than one real pair.
UGG Classics (short) - even on the official website - are £155.
That works out at £12.92 per month.
I have no idea how much fake UGGs cost in Primark but I'd guess it's close to that.
And the real ones have the advantage of better support and are made of natural materials.0 -

Pot kettle black??
Do you buy into all stereotypes or do you pick and choose as your trolling heart desires?
Thing is I must hand it to you your comment has made me laugh so much after a hard day at work as a) I am in no way shape or form a "snob" and
I am so far removed from the Essex stereotype that if I told you, you wouldn't believe me First Date 08/11/2008, Moved In Together 01/06/2009, Engaged 01/01/10, Wedding Day 27/04/2013, Baby Moshie due 29/06/2019 :T0 -

I know 3 different people from Essex. All different parts of Essex. All lovely, smart, intelligent people. The whole TOWIE thing is most annoying for them.
Same for a hardworking, intelligent woman I know who is from Newcastle who face palms whenever people mention Geordie Shore! :rotfl:You didn't, did you? :rotfl::rotfl:0 -

I work in Brentwood so subjected to the Towie nonsense everyday and it drives me mad  so I can sympathise with the Geordie Shore thing
That show had done more damage to the population of Essex who are normal, sensible and well educated than 20 years of Essex girl jokes ever did lolFirst Date 08/11/2008, Moved In Together 01/06/2009, Engaged 01/01/10, Wedding Day 27/04/2013, Baby Moshie due 29/06/2019 :T0 -
Not really.
12 pairs of primarni uggs are still cheaper than one real pair.
But my REAL pair have lasted me over 7 years and cost me £70 due to MSE discount code at the time. So that's £10 per year.
How many Primarni boots would you have to buy within 7 years?
What is the actual cost of these Primarni boots?0 -

Youngsters usually want the tall ones, they are the most expensive, not much shy of £200 I think.
I guess the op doesn't have that much spare & her daughter wants that style of boot.
You've done really well to get 7 years out of a pair, but it's all about frequency of wear, I got the impression the ops daughter would be wearing them pretty much constantly rather than occasionally.0 -
