Thanks for the head's up inod! I've checked over the sample vegan dessert menu and it's all looking rather low calorie and healthy. Will have to keep my mitts off the non-vegan stuff!:D
So today I spent £5.50 from drinks budget on my weekly Pret coffees with my friend.
Also bought two birthday gift vouchers for her from John Lewis for next week - one is from me and the other from colleagues on the Desk so I'll have to get the money off everyone.
I also owe DSis some money as we are off to see a concert celebrating Judy Garland but she's got to let me know how much the tickets cost. Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟

Are you in the M&S Premium Club SSG? I joined it late last year with a view to trialling it for a year to see if it benefits me. Because I broke my leg I've hardly used any of the free hot drinks vouchers that have to be used by the end of the month, although I'm going to give some to a neighbour who goes in their cafe a lot. I've also got a £10 off nightwear voucher to use by the end of next week. I only got £2 in vouchers yesterday though plus another 3 month's worth of free hot drinks. if I stay in it until May I'll get £30 in vouchers.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4

Thanks very much for the tip SA – I did look at this when M&S first announced the Premium Club but for some reason I didn't think it was worth doing. I've just had another look and it does look like I would be quids in – I don't know whether they've upgraded the benefits since I last looked or whether I just didn't read the offers properly before. Whilst I'm still at work the hot drinks vouchers worth £132 would certainly be worth it as I pass an M&S on my way to work in the morning and could pick up a coffee here. So I've applied and hopefully will hear if I'm accepted in the next day or two.
Well I've finally managed to find my way around this new-fangled format! The font is easy on the eye I must admit, but I can't really say I find the rest of the changes a massive improvement! Certain things have disappeared with no replacements, but I suppose the kinks are still being straightened out and hopefully we'll have an improvement. I felt 'at home' on the old format – can't say I feel the same at the moment.END OF SCRIMPY WEEK 2 – FEBRUARY (WHICH WAS YESTERDAY)As I didn't have to pay my council tax this month winged £99 over to the Pension pot plus this week's £20 Ad Hoc spends that I didn't touch, plus £27.98 Santander monthly interest/cashback, plus £25 cashback from Opinium that arrived in my bank account – nice total result of £171.98!Budgeted spends this week are weekly coffees, nails, toiletries (which included periodic stock up of Clinique (powder, foundation and toner), little dress in M&S for my friend's new great-granddaughter and Odeon two for one tickets to see '1917' – which my friend and I decided not to bother with yesterday as the wind was so filthy and she didn't fancy driving! I quite agreed as the wind blew off part of the roof on our big local theatre yesterday which isn't too far away from the Odeon!SCRIMPY WEEK 3 – FEBRUARY£20 Ad Hoc spends again this week – hopefully to go into the Pension pot. Budgeted spends will be hair plus I'm finally meeting one of my friends after work on Friday. I also bought some wrap and cards in M&S today. And DSis has still got to let me know how much the Judy Garland concert ticket is.Had a result lunchtime in Pret as well as when I went to buy weekly coffees for me and my friend, they gave them to me for free! Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟

Hi Beanie - I know these emojis aren't very good are they? I can use my own on my Ipad, but as I'm typing this on my work PC I can only use the new MSE sort- wish they would brings the old emojis back.
I'm still getting to grips with this new format skinny - it's trial and error!
I have my hair appointment tonight so will be late home. Other budgeted spends have been birthday Amazon e-voucher for DD's OH's DS1 and two long sleeved t-shirt tops from Next for DSis' OH's great-niece's birthday. I've also meeting a bestie tomorrow night after work at our favourite City watering hole for drinks and nibbles.
On Kindle I've treated myself to two of The Yorkshire Shepherdess books by Amanda Owen of 'Our Yorkshire Farm' fame. They're wonderful and I can't get enough of them - I'm halfway through the second and will download the last one as soon as I've finished!
I stocked up on some thick opaque pop socks today as I'll need them on holiday, plus a new bra. I bought these with my M&S loyalty vouchers. And I heard yesterday that I've been accepted for the M&S Premium Club.
Annoyingly today I forgot my lunch so I bought one of the M&S Plant Based wraps - fake duck with hoisin sauce. It was very tasty!
Work isn't too busy this week - boss is away on holiday and clients have been quiet so just skimming along with stuff and making sure things are ok for my last day in work next Tuesday before I am off. DD sent me a text earlier today to let me know that there's a big Atlantic storm due to hit Norway next week! I'll definitely be attending the lifeboat instruction meeting!

Glad the Premium Club is beneficial to you. Good to have a quiet week at work to catch up before you go on leave. Yay to free coffees 👍☕️I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4

Hi SA - yes I do love a free coffee!😁
I've not long been back from the hairdresser. He threw in a free Olaplex treatment, which was a nice result!I also ordered my travel currency - checked on the MSE comparison site and it's worked out the cheapest to order my Norwegian Kroner online and pick it up at the airport.Last day in work tomorrow before the weekend!
