    I've just done some file copies between PCs using my 200 Mbps AV2 Homeplugs, and report the transfer speeds (as shown by the Power Packet Utility they came with) as about 115 Mbps to a downstairs room and 80-100 Mbps to an upstairs room, furthest away from the source PC.

    So actual data rate is between 40% and 60% of the nominal rate, in my circumstance.
