Sorry fella for the sweeping generalisation - emotions high, and I had a £5 nicked out of a birthday card last week, which is annoying as a previous postie of ours made national news for is lightfingers! http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/staffordshire/3903273.stm
In reality I do have a high respect for the Post Office, but I know some of their recruitment checking process is not the most robust.<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0

i can concur on that, especially with the new part time only policy 0 0

            Couple of points:-
Are you 100% sure it was on box? I once nearly sent a empty box to Italy it was only when they weighed it at PO that I realised (and I would not have believed the buyer..scary!!).
But in general I would concur with the others if you feel buyer is at it. Let them run to a dispute (OK so you will probably lose but better going down fighting).0

Of course you could always forward him the disc recorded delivery, which would prove delivery. If you were to forget to put the disc in a second time that would be unfortunate0

I have emailed saying that it was probably a theiving scrote from the Royal Mail, so I will be making a claim, and they will contact him independently to confirm the details.
Having now seen the email address, the guy is a chav of monumental proportions. A long winded addy that shows he is in to customising his Mk4 fiesta. !!!!!!.
The sort of chavvy type that mis-spells " thieving " and uses word that aren't in any dictionary then ..i.e. "scrote" and "!!!!!!". :A if i had known then what i know now0  :A if i had known then what i know now0

by that logic kjesrlkjasfjlasf could be in the dictionary, its not hard to edit a wiki is it?
if you have evidence (or suspect) that this has happened before, report him to ebay/paypal and see what they can do0

Both wiki entries were created in 2005....!
I've got the buyer to email me the details so I can make a claim against RM. It may as well have been written by a chimp for what use it may be, but I have issued a refund and been left a positive, although I have not replied yet. I have reported to eBay and had an automated response. I've also contacted a few other members listed on his feedback to see what they have to say.<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0
