My house completes today goodbye to my lovely house on the South coast but it's the right time to let it go. Good price easy sale and if I'd kept it who knows if the tenants would have been just as nice etc etc. Will be weird seeing so much dosh in my account. Might be time start a new diary soon this one is 3 years old now started when I was just about to rent house house. Strange how time fly. Look forward to new house must chase solicitor today when they call me.

As one door closes, so another one opens. You will soon be in your new house and the rest as they say will be history. Enjoy your golf at the weekend.

Thanks Vandanfc money is in the bank total of £354,500 that's not bad on to the next one which is £365k plus legal fees plus stamp duty but I have £100k saved towards this and renovations.

Feels weird end of an era but a good one.

Not done a lot today bought bread and packed but not done clubs nor study. Nice to have a relaxing day have prepared dinner so we can get to the golf range tonight.

Looks like exchange will be next week on new house very exciting getting there finally.

Done enough study to complete the five tasks so proof read Monday then submit. Was quite easy honestly but my downfall is spelling and grammar so I’ll probably fail on those.

My mum has hurt her back but she’s got her new house and the floor is laid painter in Tuesday so all is good.

Off for the golfing weekend tomorrow so bath dinner then driving range tonight. Dg on her way back from work.

Golfing weekend was fab really enjoyed it played three rounds so my feet really hurt now. Got back at 8.30 to realise we had left a bag of dirty washing behind. The hotel sounds like they have found it but lost property had gone home so couldn't ask today.

Spent £120 the whole weekend had stuff form breakfast for lunch on the course and all meals included. Won a bottle of wine and dg won 6 golf balls.

Going to proof read my stuff so I can send it off. Also got papers from MBNA about the PPI I'll have to do that. Dg is off today we might need to go shopping but other than that chilling.

Got loads of items left for free at the house so very happy with that.
