A Dell Latitude E6330 will already have a licence for Windows 7.

Check under the battery for a Windows 7 licence sticker. Or alternatively you can do an OEM activation, which uses a generic key and a SLIC licence file.

UEFI? Wrong instructions. It would be for Legacy BIOS.

Sorry, I was only trying to help. You can download the Windows 7 OEM DVD from here, which will activate Windows 7 automatically,

Is there some special reason you want the Ultimate version of Windows? If you're just using it as a home machine the buy a Home licence and upgrade to 10 from that instead.

They already have the DELL re-installation disc.
