A Dell Latitude E6330 will already have a licence for Windows 7.
Check under the battery for a Windows 7 licence sticker. Or alternatively you can do an OEM activation, which uses a generic key and a SLIC licence file.
This should help you, although it's a bit techie: http://dellwindowsreinstallationguide.com/download-dell-windows-7-64-bit-reinstallation-sp2-oem-iso-for-a-uefi-bios/"Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it's time to pause and reflect." - Mark Twain0 -

Sorry, I was only trying to help. You can download the Windows 7 OEM DVD from here, which will activate Windows 7 automatically,"Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it's time to pause and reflect." - Mark Twain0 -
Is there some special reason you want the Ultimate version of Windows? If you're just using it as a home machine the buy a Home licence and upgrade to 10 from that instead.0
