UKPC Left the site

Good Evening All,
So I have received a lovely sticker on a windscreen from UKPC today at Crown Point in Leeds.
Allow me to explain the scenario:
I arrived at the car park as i wanted to do some shopping, but first i decided to go meet a friend of mine across the road. Upon coming back i've noticed the yellow pile of bird poop on my windscreen where in details it said that their employee was confident to believe that "owner has left the site" which resulted in the issue of the ticket.
I did go into the store and did my emergency shopping and left the car park.
Everything was done within an hour so I have definitely not overstayed my welcome.
There are signs around the place that do say that parking is free only for customers and only while they are on the site.
The penalty charge is as usual pay 60 now or 100 later
Could I argue this case and if i can what would be the most relevant points?
I did have a read through the forum but majority of cases are about time spent on a car park or signs not clear.
Thank you for your help.

Send the usual appeal template in blue writing in the sticky thread near the top 'NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST'.
Vital not to name the driver. These cases are winnable at POPLA, not least because one appeal point (OF MANY at POPLA stage so it is not the same template then) will be that there is no evidence of anyone 'leaving the site'.
Don't write an appeal about what happened in this first appeal, use the template, verbatim. Don't send it snail mail. Don't name the driver.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

AH HA .... "where in details it said that their employee was confident to believe that "owner has left the site" which resulted in the issue of the ticket."
PICTURES OF THAT CLAIM THEN
I believed that today whilst in a car park, the warden was smoking weed, never took a picture so no proof0 -
Sorry for being thick but won't they potentially have access to CCTV of the Shopping Centre?0

Never in a million years.
They are not allowed under the DPA to share such footage except re crimes (e.g. if the Police asked the shopping centre for it).

No, they do not have access to CCTV.
The vermin use ANPR but if you have a windscreen ticket it is a plebbie walking around ....... the clue is
"their employee was confident to believe"
UKPC have before claimed a person was caught on CCTV but when asked to provide footage they ignored it.
CCTV is strictly controlled under the data protection act.
As UKPC are known to fake pictures, they cannot be trusted.
Imagine them going to court saying i believe this person owes money because I believe they left the car park
Judge Rinder would say ... "was that a f*rt I just heard
PROOF BY PICTURES UKPC IF YOU PLEASE0 -
My wife had an overly long stay in one - a timely word to one of the companies she had shopped at, together with a copy of the receipt, was sufficient to get them to call the company and cancel the ticket. From what you've said, you have evidence you were shopping on site - talk to the company and see if they'll simply get it cancelled.0

I will ask again tomorrow regarding what should be the next step i take. As I think in majority of scenarios the advice is to wait for NTK and then reply with the template on the 25th 26th date. and wait
