Me too using Chrome and Safari. Thought waiting until last day was sensible :)
  • Thanks all - at least its not just me then!
  • Hi,
Can somebody advise me , I'm in a bit of a dilemma. I am currently in a fixed deal with extra energy until November 2016. I need to switch then because I'll be vastly overpaying on the standard tariff. The British gas deal would save me £11 a month on my current deal and loads more when my fixed deal ends but I would pay £50 exit fees if I leave more than 50days before the end of contract (I worked out end of Nov brings me a week or so over the 50 days). With the cash back I'm only losing £20 and if this deal is only available until 5pm today am I better off going with it based on the long term savings or will I get a good enough deal in a few weeks and avoid the charge?!!!!
  • I'm also having issues trying to get the British Gas deal. Hope it is fixed before tonight!
  • Update - its seems to be working again!

Are you sure that the Eon and Sainsbury's deals don't under-cut the MSE deal? I doubt that all three will be withdrawn before tomorrow. The cheap gas on the Eon/Sainsbury's deals make them both look very attractive from the date point-of-view - just on the brink of the coldest half of the year. What's your energy region?
