Not bad at all, I could cope with that! Our valuation is Monday. Hoping they don't leave me hanging too long.
We've asked for an extra 10k for a new kitchen so need to supply quotes to prove we're spending the money on that. Having a kitchen design meeting on Sat. Will be heart broken if it all falls throu and I've fallen in love with a new kitchen we've had designed especially for our house (we're right to buy so I'm already living in the house I am buying)0 -

Just had the "offer call" to advise the official offer is in the post so now it's over to solicitors. EEK so excited. Our time line is as follows:
07/9 AIP
14/09 Full application
14/09 1 payslip and bank statement submitted
25/09 Kitchen quote submitted
26/09 Valuation
27/09 Offer call
27/09 Solicitors instructed
We could complete in as little as 2 weeks, depending on how quickly the council legal team move...0 -

It is a very exciting time....
We exchanged yesterday so everything has been signed, deposit paid etc.
We have been given a completion date of 28th February so it is just a waiting game now...
