    Hi,
I am a journalist at the Daily Mail and have been writing this week about people who have unfairly had CCJs passed against them without being warned or having any chance to defend themselves.
I spoke to David today about how this is happening to NHS patients and staff who park at hospitals.
Please be in touch if this has happened to you and you are willing to speak to me about it in more detail for the Daily Mail.
    Thanks,
    Paul Bentley

Could we ask this reporter to refrain from using the "f" and "p" words when writing about parking charge notices?
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

    Will anything happen?
As far as press and media go, their need to be an increased focus on those who allow parking companies to act on their land.
The big supermarket, corporations, chains and possiby the larger independents .

These companies, especially the customer facing ones all have some fluffy customer relations policy/teams and Equal opportunities policies which are often, if not almost always at odds with the private parking companies methods of operations.

It is these companies who are complicit in allowing the PPCs to harass and intimidate, it is these companies and corporations who are jointly and severally liable for the actions of the PPCs, is the Hospital CEOs the supermarket heads of estate ( or whatever) These are the ones who should be named and shamed, as without them the PPCs wouldn't be allowed on the land/car parks they are responsible for.

Lets have the media outside their front door asking the individuals about the actions of their agents.
And at the other end is the DVLA and the so called electronic link, if the government was serious about looking into things the DVLA would be ordered to turn off the tap pending an inquiry such as the one instigated by Mr pickles that is yet to see the light of day

Perhaps it's time to fill up her postbag with how POFA is been used to extort money from hard working hard pressed people via paper clamping with the help of DVLA who manufacture false consent to break the data protection act.

Indeed, a campaign of asking people to keep sending her actual hard copies of the letters they've been deluged with. Let her advisers' desks overflow with annoying paperwork re PPCs.

No emails, all letters from genuine people pouring their hearts out.
