    Just been looking at a thread over on the Forum Rules Discussion board. Seems they have outsourced their editing/moderation to who knows where, and this external outfit sometimes then 'escalate' things to the forum team.

    They're also using old VBulletin software, which would explain why certain things that ought to be possible (eg blocking members instead of just putting them on ignore) are not.
