We got 2 sorts around here, ones that flash up slow down when your only doing 25mph and the ones that flash up your speed with a sad face or smiley face. They have put one of the sad/smiley kind on the edge of the 30mph where it changes from 40mph, it detects you in the 40mph bit so any stats it might be gathering would all be to !!!! anyway.
